BIOGRAPHY
John D’Agostino is an artist and photographer based in New York City. Raised in Queens, New York, John received a B.S. from Northwestern University, magna cum laude, where he photographed for The Daily Northwestern, and was a Stills Photographer for film & TV in IATSE, the International Cinematographer's Guild. His work has been featured in exhibitions at the Griffin Museum of Photography, Boston, MA, and The Silver Eye Center for Photography, Pittsburgh, PA, with group exhibitions in New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C, and St. Louis. John’s images have appeared in The New York Times, Photographer’s Forum, Time Out, Studio Visit, and the PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris, with a recent feature in Silvershotz, the International Journal of Fine Art Photography. John's newest monograph, Empire of Glass, is a recent addition to The Library and Photographic Resource Center at the Southeast Museum of Photography, Daytona Beach, FL. D’Agostino’s work is also in the collections of The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, TX, The Museum of Photographic Arts, San Diego, CA, and The Haggerty Museum of Art at Marquette University, Milwaukee, WI.
