BIOGRAPHY

Kate Peters was born in Coventry, England in 1980. She studied Photography at Falmouth College of Arts, Cornwall. After completing her degree she moved to London where for the past few years she has been assisting photographer Nadav Kander whilst working on her own projects and commissions.
She won the Creative Futures Award for her work in 2005 and the Magenta Foundation, Flash Forward Award in 2007 . Her work has been included in group shows in galleries across Europe and the USA.

Where exactly is this dusty and desolate India? Shouldn't Sanskrit be on the Signage? Are you sure it isn't a Photoshop trick? I thought it was all jungle, tigers, and 5,000 people per square rod, trying to bathe in the Ganges. Why again wouldn't Architectural Digest or the Venison Growers League Journal publish your pictures? Whatever is the commercial world coming to? .
