BIOGRAPHY
Eli Halpin grew in a fishing family on a river in Alaska. Before she began studying painting at U of Alaska, then onto Portland Community College and Pacific NW College of Art she took some time to travel. At 17 she spent 3 months alone walking around Europe and has since then returned for three more visits. A 6 month trip to Central America with her bike has left her with an appreciation for people and animals. Today Eli has landed in Baltimore MD to be close to DC, Philadelphia and NYC but still able to hide in the gritty chaos of a smaller city. She has been painting full time for 5 years and enjoys helping animals. Recycled materials are used whenever possible.
