BIOGRAPHY
Born in the West, Linda grew up in a more spacious California landscape than today. She moved to Utah to attend art school when she was 19, lived in France for a year between degrees, receiving her MFA in 1978. Her work included printmaking, artist books and painting. She became a mother, worked as a book conservator, taught adjunct art classes for the University, and in 1989, moved to Austin Texas with her two children to work in a high end art book bindery. She later became an art teacher in an elementary school and maintains a studio in a small Central Austin neighborhood, where she focuses on painting.
