Hi - Thanks for enjoying the work, that's part of the reason we do it, I airbrushed for about 7 years and then in 1980 started painting with oils. Airbrush is a kool technique and so much can be done with it. Sometimes I would use it as an undercoat and build it up with pastels and colored pencils. I got some good depth and textures with it. enjoy .

Thank you for your kind words Karin. Praise indeed. It sounds like airbrush technique is the same as pastels, working from dark to light. I used to sketch all the time until someone gave me pastels. They are very forgiving and great fun. Let me know when you post your "start to finish" as it will be interesting to see. regards Chris. .

My English is better than my Swedish :) It should have said..., fantastic artwork. I would love to know how you managed the horse portrait with airbrush. Checked out your website as well. Terrific work. Maybe if I try Norweigan next time it will translate better?? ;) regards Chris .
