¾Ãââs distinctive use of light and color in both her commercial and artistic work has been remarked by many who have worked with her. Many have referred to her work as atmospheric or dreamy. Currently Susanna is delving into filmmaking and is looking to exhibit her first short film at the end of 2007.
I was initially drawn to photography as a medium for creative work because of its immediacy and its ability to capture a moment in time. A photograph is that way is like a living document, as a snapshot of time. A photograph is also something of an imprint and an impression. There is permanence to a photograph that doesnÃÆÃââââ¬Ã

TWILIGHT brings together a series of work that the artist began in 2003. This group of images documents the landscape in various cities taken from across cities in the United States. The works collectively reflect a sense of disconnection between city landscape and urban machinations transposed against the natural environment. The evolution and fabrication of industrial structures within our natural environment suggests our own foreseeable estrangement in our public and private worlds. The sense of alienation or ÃÆÃââââ¬Ã

A selection of images from TWILIGHT was shown earlier this year in a group photography exhibition to benefit City Kids Foundation held at SANDBOX Studio in Manhattan. An exhibition of images from TWILIGHT will be shown in a Charity/Benefit Exhibition taking place this Fall in New York City to raise funds for the (CHIPP) Children of Incarcerated Parents Program and the Fresh Air Fund.
