BIOGRAPHY
A Californian who has lived in many places, I developed my skill in four years of apprenticeship to Tibetan craftsmen in India and am one of few non-Tibetans to have mastered their traditional textile art.
After spending almost a decade in India, I now live between Italy -- with my husband, two stepchildren and two cats -- and my native California, with the magnificent Pacific Ocean.
I've always loved working with fabric and colors as well as working on myself, so it gives me great pleasure to be able to create inspiring images of personal transformation from pieces of colorful fabrics. All the better when those images also inspire others!
