BIOGRAPHY
Dustin Barnett, a self-taught artist, was born in Washington, DC in 1975.
Most of his adolescence was spent in Florida where he discovered his passion for art and began to develop his unique process of painting.
Dustin works under the paradigm that regards the creative process as an uninhibited, untaught practice.
This practice starts with simply drawn lines, angles, shapes and colors.
Dustin has employed this method to yield over two-dozen works and is currently working on more dynamic paintings. He has also produced more than 5000 original paintings worldwide using an asian influenced form of pictorial calligraphy.
He currently lives in Florida and is actively involved with the artistic community.

Uninhibited imagination leads me to my most freest point of creation that has no boundaries, resulting in a feeling of 'chaotic-order,' which I define as beauty."
