BIOGRAPHY
I was born in Milwaukee, WI in 1977. I was without a Television until the age of 13 and this is where I feel I developed my talent and love for drawing and painting. If I wasn't outside playing I was definitely found in my room coloring or doodling. Throughout school my love for art grew through basic art education and teaching from awesome art teachers. I also have very talented family members that paint and draw that would encourage me and give me tips in improving my skill. By the time I was in high school I knew for sure Art was what I wanted to do the rest of my life. I love working with Oil and Acrylics as my medium when I paint. But definitely having a cup of Joe in one hand, while doodling on a blank piece of paper, can be gratifying too. Lately I've been taking pictures everywhere I go and find inspiration through my photos to paint from. I love sunsets and cloudy skies in particular. Every day is different from the previous one. I definitely will have an upcoming art collection of skies and sunsets. I recently got married and left Charlotte to move to Ft. Lauderdale. Every evening here, there have been the most beautiful skies and sunsets I've ever seen. During my stay in Charlotte I also started working as a faux finisher. That's one great way to bring color into a home for those clients who are afraid of buying art pieces. Check back to the website regularly, I'll have all my works in progress posted.
