BIOGRAPHY
I assisted in the completed a 60’x 28’ mural titled East Carson Street Treasures in the South Side of Pittsburgh as Sprout Fund Muralists in 2006. and in 2007 as a co-artist with my husband we completed the SPROUT mural at Observatory Hill. My latest commission is solo and approx. 40' x40" mural for north side Pittsburgh with an expected completion date of 9/2008.
I have done other outdoor and indoor murals primarily in the North Allegheny School District and Hampton School District, where we have taught. Most of the mural work has been in conjunction with high school plays and musical set designs. It is our work as high school class advisors, however, that reflect our ability to work with others in directing large scale creative endeavors. Over the years we have directed large groups of teenagers and adults in the creation of high school musical set designs, a multitude of homecoming pageant floats, the gymnasium size sight decorations for high school formals attended by upwards of seven hundred teenagers.
