The special nature of his work comes to light in his pictorial-material construction, where we find a symbiosis between life, represented in the reliefs in the pictorial material, and hi chromatism that departs from ordinary time. Recent pictorial studies have become
more evanescent in their form, oriented conceptually towards flourishing time scans that approach a poetica vision linked ti a ritual rich in synesthesia. Art historians and critics such as Gabriella Ardissone, Antonio Del Sal, Sandro Marini, Luciano Perissinotto and Paolo Rizzi, have been very interested in his works.

Artistic Statement
For the long time I have been the faithful adherent of Design, being absolutely convinced supporter of such point of view, that Traditional Art (I mean Painting and Graphics), as the form of activity, is going to disappear and that, sooner or later, it will be absorbed by Advertising and dissolved in Commercial Design. As well as I was sure that traditional artists will disappear as unnecessary part of evolution. Certainly, that occurs around us right now, and we are witnessing some "Merging & Acquisition " deal, in which Traditional Art plays role of weak, almost bankrupt, element . Traditional Art is desperately trying to find itself a place in the world of Hi-Tech and globalization. On the one hand, you can comfortably sit in a nice leather chair of Creative Director, designing AD campaigns for the Plastic Surgery Clinics, watching indifferently how Art is sinking in the world of consumption and don̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t do anything. Or (another option) is to tell yourself, smiling clients and everybody around: ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅEnough is enougḫ̢̢ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃÂ, then to find an old dusty easel on the attic and to send everything else to the hell.
Being an Russian artist I'm eager, first of all, to fulfill the gap that happened as a result of Soviet Era, when Modern Art was almost destroyed by Classic Tradition forcefully obliged upon the artists. Sometimes I feel that academic education was something that gave me a lot, since Salvador Dali once told to the artists "first study to paint as old masters did, and after you can go to the modern arts".
In my art-works I try to reveal the deep philosophy which was always hidden in Folk Russian art that once was little opened by Russian Avangard. I want to show to the world all the beauty of spirituality of Russian Tradition, which was always more Eastern, rather than Western.
Art for me is an opportunity to put everything, what I was able to learn by living several lives, in one. And still, it is an attempt to justify my existence and conscience before those generations of Russian artists and poets who risked their lives believing that Art can ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Årescue the world̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃÂ.

| BIOGRAPHY: |
| Talia, 1950, Israeli born.
Talia studied Criminology & Sociology at Bar-Ilan University. She was always fascinated and drawn to the Arts. Ex-curiculum, she studied painting, drawing, sculpture and graphic design.
Talia began sculpting more intensively, constantly exploring & expressing with new materials and shapes with a deep conviction that her works of art have powers on their observers.
Talia continued working also on the "out of the art" world (news paper team, in a TV station and in a closed psychiatric rehabilitation facility), always reaching and enriching her dialogue and acquaintance with people. People will become the main topic for her works.
Around 1998 she finds her own formal expression in sculpture and dedicates herself to sculpture. This very fruitful phase is marked by Talia's exhibits at Arbel Gallery, Tel-Aviv on 2001.
Later that year Talia is diagnosed with breast cancer. Talia fights the disease with vast intensity of works. She discovers the magical healing power in her own work. Fear, frustration, sadness, loneliness & hope generate a new flow of bronze works accompanied by self written poems. Her ideas for floating- yet-connected subjects and shapes were inspired by her meditating, the movement up"taking off" and the use of symbols as birds and hands are recurring in most pieces and suggesting pray & strong hope.
On 2003 Talia celebrates her recovery with a new exhibit called "passage of life". Her ReBirth sculpture is awarded to the chairperson of the cancer society on the organization 50th anniversary. The sculptures & the poems are displayed simultaneously at galleries in Tel-Aviv, Haifa & in Petach Tikva, gaining praises & recognition.

| BIOGRAPHY: |
| Award winning satirist artist Tony "Baloney" Juliano is not your normal painter. With his wacky, single panel, lush, comic like paintings dealing with quick puns, whimsical sayings, ironic sadness, and his penchant for parodying other famous artists, Tony makes art laughable in colorful complimentary painted frames.
Tony is a graduate from Paier College of Art with a BFA in Illustration and is a successful free-lance artist since 1997.
Tony's resume includes commissioned murals from Stew Leonards to The Peabody Museum, comics, illustrations, photography and art lessons.
Being teased and picked on by his classmates, he developed a childish made-up nickname. He was called Agoo. That name hounded him for years, so turning lemons into lemonade it seemed fitting that he calls his work "AGOO ART"
Tony also sells his artwork as magnets, matted prints and comic books at a variety of art festivals, comic cons, on-line, galleries, museums, and stores from California to Rhode Island.

Tony's art has been displayed all over the USA and the UK, such as York Square Gallery, John Slade Ely House, Real Art Ways The Art Coalition, CB's 313 Gallery, MoCCA, DeCordova Museum, Hygienic Art Gallery, La Viande, Artists Space, Artescape Studios, Limner Gallery, The Walker, l'art Noir New Orleans and plenty more.
Tony's shows tend to be more of a circus than your typical art opening. With a following of fans that come as chickens, purple cows, robots, monsters, accordion players, sumo wrestlers, Santa Clause and The CT Roller Girls. Even Tony get's dressed up in unique outfits too for his exhibitions.
Some of Tony's influences are MAD magazine, Spumco, Dan Clowes, Julie Doucet, Charles Burns, Chester Brown, Shag, Mark Ryden, Roy Lichtenstein, Keith Haring, and of course Gary Larson.
Other interests Tony has are toy collecting, comic books, art history, playing his accordion, wanna be filmmaker, and a very obsessed Godzilla fan.
Tony currently lives in New Haven, Connecticut at the Agoo Art Studio with his beloved pet, Commander Hamster.

| I always think that artists live their art it is not just something that one 'creates' or does its actually an approach to life....a philosophy if you will. I paint, i take photos i work with images i create in all i do... it is about living in the conscious moment to me.
I think for myself my photography is about 'noticing' details and atmospheres and bring things to the attention of others.....
I recently relocated from Australia to upstate New York. All is new and all is fodder for a visual creative mind. It is very exciting to allow oneself a childlike wonder in ones approach to the world.
I consider what i do every day redreaming my world and ALL in all i attempt a 'considered' life and create myself new each day. |

| I was born and raised in the projects on the south side of Chicago, Illinois. During my
childhood years I witnessed malice of all kinds, experienced many transitions, and
saw several cultures. When I was nine years of age we moved to the northwest
suburbs. I always found colorful meanings in what others found ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬Åforeign.̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâàCuriosity
got my imagination working and I would create narratives using art elements such as
color, shapes and textures to communicate meanings.
My parents found my art to be too suggestive and stopped me from drawing. During this
time I would just create doodles that only I could understand. Time passed and art once
again became very important to me. After a period of time experimenting with art I
went back to school at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and received my BFA
and MAAT (Masters of Art and Art Therapy). I learned about the historical
contexts in which artwork was seen and the meanings associated with art. I understood
how certain materials, techniques and art elements can influence artwork. This
knowledge of formal concepts has brought me to an understanding of how to further
develop my art.
The paintings that I exhibit now are a combination of minimal, abstract colorfield, and
symbolism. My childhood ideas of color, culture and communication, using code appears to
still permeate my creativity.

| The paintings are of specific places at specific times.
These are not random areas but places that I respond to on a personal level. My reaction can be a feeling of excitement, discovery, or of being overwhelmed at what I am encountering. These views connect to me in inexplicably familiar ways. These are not static places but ones that interact and confront me as they are approached. They are watching as well as being watched.
I am interested in finding the hidden pieces of the landscape that people often pass without notice. Many times individual connections to the area are severed one by one with the passing of time, people and function. Only the structures remain, abandoned, forgotten, waiting. I feel I am refocusing the viewer's eye, giving a renewed attention to the beauty, strength, and timeless qualities these settings have.
I consistently use architecture in my works to define the space. The different buildings I feel work together to create a unique environment and a unique impression on the viewer. Forms are stacked on top of structures, bands of light slide through illuminating areas while leaving others hidden. Layers of verticals and horizontals, and contrasts of dynamic and static shapes help to define the space and invite the viewer to look under or through or over. The paintings are staged under the drama of nightfall, the warmth of afternoon light, or under the startling quality of morning light.
I am interested in the act of seeing. I am looking for quiet moments. I am looking for a sense of calmness and in capturing the sensation of viewing a space as a long pause.
Though what I see and depict is my response to an environment in the present, I am also thinking of similar responses to the setting in the past, they are views that I feel have continued. I hope that I am bringing to the viewer's attention, enough information to generate a response equivalent to my own. |

| I'm a watercolor painter in Portland, Oregon, where I maintain a home studio, teach classes, and participate in local and regional art groups.
I've discovered that there are two types of painters--those who start out with a specific idea in their head, and those who simply paint and see what develops. For me, the latter approach has produced some of my most exciting paintings.
ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Watercolor is Liz's preferred medium, but she also create works in mixed media, collage, and acrylics. Her paintings have been exhibited both locally and nationally and have won numerous awards. Many of her paintings are in private collections in Texas, Massachusetts, California, Colorado and Oregon. |

| Cesar Garcia was born in Havana, Cuba in 1961; his first encounter with the arts was through his uncle, a Cuban Artist who learned his trade at the world-renowned San Alejandro Academy of Arts. Garcia moved to the United States in 1969 and has never forgotten those moments that as a child he experienced in his uncle̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s studio: images that live in him and are always a part of him.
Garcia̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s passion for the arts has always lived in his heart and soul, every minute of his life. His fascination with the great masters has helped him better understand the need to express himself in a totally different form. His inclination is unique. His work is of a figurative nature in a surrealist style, which marks a panorama of complex creativity yet, simple presentation of form and composition. His work touches the inner soul of various cultures with all its ethnic influences. His attack upon the painting̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s surface is conceived after a process of inspiration from within. He analyzes his feelings and state of mind that preoccupies the artistic arrangement of forms, inner language and symbols. Garcia describes his work as being the ultimate antithesis of classical form. He paints with his soul and imagination and tells a story on every single occasion.
His work can be found in several public collections including the Division of Cultural Affairs (State Art Collection) Tallahassee, Florida, Housatonic Museum of Art in Bridgeport, Connecticut, University of Miami (Casa Bacardi) Institute for Cuban and Cuban-America Studies, Village of Wellington (Art in public Places) and many other institutions, foundations and recognized collections rendering him an important Cuban-American artist of his generation.

| Drawing became an early outlet for a child raised until the age of 12 by doting, but restrictive, grandparents. Art remained a large part of her life until high school when she was persuaded by a well-meaning (for the times) teacher that the life of an artist, especially one who was a female minority, might be something to rethink. It has been only in the last few years that Pat has been able to reformulate her life and return to her earlier passion. |

| I paint for myself, I want to paint solitude, silence, frozen time, eternity, and pure frozen emotions in places in the middle of nothing to live forever without noise and people.

| BIOGRAPHY: |
| Nancy Pirri (b. 1963) was born in Brooklyn, New York, and currently lives in Chicago, IL. She has dabbled in every art form since childhood, discovering clay to be her true passion in 1991. For the fifth year, she is represented as a House Artist at Studio B Gallery in Three Oaks, Michigan, and also Xanadu Gallery in Scottsdale, AZ. She exhibits at many different venues including charities, and even curates her own group shows.
Her work is about women and how they survive through time. She works in several different clay bodies utilizing techniques that result in 'aging' textures. Ceramic print techniques continue this 'antiquity.' She fires her work in atmospheric kilns including soda firing… transpiring her art further into history as if her pieces were buried underground for centuries. |

Artist introduction - December 2006
About the Artist - Robert Gaudreau
As a self taught emerging painter surfacing into the fine art world in 2005, offering a diverse
high standard portfolio arsenal of work, generated from the past Ten years.
Focusing on an experimental approach applied to the expressionism in painting,
an Introduction to a work ethic Robert has established and refers to as ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅImpulse̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâàExpressionism
which varies between the impulse figurative, impulse abstract, and impulse surreal expression.
An intent and purpose to present an instant recognition with certain understanding
for the art viewed by anyone.
Stunning, captivating, beautiful, elating, provocative, compelling, interesting are just some of the words from the Art world that describe Gaudreau̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s original approach to his art.
An intention of harnessing, then producing an impulse, then turning this impulse into art, carrying the core impulse, the whole time during the process.
Robert̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s inspirations come from all sources driven to it̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s cause . Robert̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s interests and studies derive from dance, the human figures beauty and agility, to people and our behaviors. Architecture, form and coloration
Robert̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s work has not gone unnoticed.
The Biennale Internazionale Dell̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢Arte Contemporanea in Florence Italy
has invited Robert to participate in the 2007 Biennale Exhibition Dec. 1st - 9th 2007.

(Series is complete).
̢̮â¬Å¡ÃâéÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅSomething About Books̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃÂ
inspired by and dedicated to the importance of education..... An abstraction in education.
(See statement for ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅSomething About Books̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃÂ)
Robert began his career as a signwriter/painter entrepreneur in 1982.
Robert began painting seriously for himself, with the intent and purpose of painting from the impulse expressionism theory in 1996.
̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅMy paintings have their place,
finding the right eyeballs is the trick of place̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃÂ
