A Help! duplicate key exists in the record. Please change it and try again.

    I don't understand why I cannot post images any more.

    Is written in red "A duplicate key exists in the record. Please change it and try again".

    Who knows? What can I do?

    I am having the difficulty of after posting 5 images and going thru ALL the appropriate tag lines, now when I choose Finish Gallery without music, the window comes up indicating and HTTP status 500 "description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request." and of course if I choose "cancel" EVERYTHING I uploaded & tagged will be GONE!!!! Of course there is VERY LITTLE "TROUBLESHOOTING" procedures on this website for myartspace.com or even nyaxe.com!!!!!

    So I'd LOVE TO HEAR WHAT THIS MEANS & WHAT MY NEXT STEPS OF TROUBLE SHOOT SHOULD BE!!!!

    I am currently having the same problem as Charline and experienced Ken's problem the last time I added images. I've yet to find any actual Help pages on this site, just a "duh"-eliciting tutorial. I keep trying different browsers, clearing caches, starting over again and again... and occasionally it works. However, we artists end up with many wasted hours-- myartspace must look into these uploading issues.

    I really wish somebody would address these uploading issues! Does anyone know a reliable way to contact an admin?

    Maybe it is a premium member thing... You don't get admin help and the Apache server crashes for each free profile.
    I bet that's it.
    It's always a money thing.
    It's why I am not a rich and famous artist.
    You have to have money to be rich.
    I just depressed myself.
    I am poor and depressed and I can't upload my images to a gallery of my choice.
    I would probably slash my wrists right about now, but I can't afford X-acto blade refills. I thought about starving myself to death, but that doesn't work because I just get hungry thing about starving. Maybe someone will read this who knows an admin and tell them to contact their people. Then maybe their people can contact other people to do lunch and then maybe have a meeting about how to fix the uploading problem here. It sure would be nice. Maybe their people who know people could contact me and take me out to lunch.

    I bet they are on vacation.
    That's what people with money do... They go on vacation.
    I could use a vacation at one of those places that have the girls who step on your back and make things pop and snap in your body.
    Damn, I'm hungry again.

    Hopefully by now this problem has been resolved for everyone. Our apologies. We had a "corrupted table" in our data base which manages the relationships between artists, images, portfolios and galleries. We have fixed this problem. Let me know if you are still having this problem by emailing brian@catmacart.com
