Untitled, in Process
This piece begins whole, and each conceptual brick is slowly falling apart. Fragmenting into finally just a weak outer edge which was once a complete square. The piece is white, silent, and protrudes from the wall like a carcass, it speaks of death and life at the same time and gives essence of bone and decay, while there are moments where the silk sparkles and gleams for still a moment of hope.

This is the first conceptual brick in the series of 9, whole, full and the beginning to a grim end. This piece is closest to the wall, protruding at about 1.3/4".

The texture of the piece, knot after knot building up with each piece, the first has subtle texture, mostly flat, looking further down the line of conceptual bricks the texture explodes creating mountains.

This piece is loosely based off of Swift Gulliver's Travels, the largest most beast like piece i have yet created, In a world where everything is dark and large, a piece from the bottom of the forest, exploding at you.

In the corner, far away from sight, lives this, growing, feeding, living, we tend to think of these things, these dark ugly corners, in the house, forest, bottom of the ocean, are disgusting and yet, we can not keep our eyes off them, they intrigue us.

Water, Maps, Constant shift in the material landscape. Yellowish blue, pollution? Beauty? A landscape, a movement, Glaciers melting? Forever lost. White is silent, white is mourning, white is death for the life of a coral.
