26-year-old Brisbane artist Anthony Lister takes the edgiest elements of contemporary pop culture and marries them with unstructured representations of his urban environment to create artworks which are surreal in their imagery but strangely familiar in terms of their thematic base. After graduating from the Queensland College of The Art in 2001, Lister did a mentorship under Max Grimblett in New York and has since been a part of nine solo shows in Australia, Europe and the US. Jeremy grew up in the suburbs of Boston in a very artistic family. His grandfather Sherle Wagner, was a renowned designer. His artistic abilities were nurtured from a young age. He attended Cambridge School of Weston, an arts-focused High School. He later studied at Otis School of Design in LA and earned his BFA at Rhode Island School of Design in 2001. He is currently completing his masters in painting at Hunter College. He lives in Brooklyn, New York. To read an interview on him, click here |

Connie Marie Lynch was born in the bohemian city of Santa Cruz California and was mostly raised in the Monterey Peninsula where she began her life in the arts. A very demonstrative, bohemian rebel at heart. She took great solace in art and expression through emotionally challenging times, she began her journey into the unknown at 18 where she frolicked in the emotional forests of many other artists and performers of like consciousness in Santa Cruz and San Francisco where she attended the American Conservatory Theater. She reconnected with her bohemian roots and then ventured down south to a different way of life. |

Chad says ..."In our world, on the surface, we go about our daily lives breathing, thinking, sleeping, constantly moving, body mass fluctuating bigger, smaller, hair growing, eyes blinking.
A never ending pattern of movement and growth...With my paintings I am attempting to show my subjects' inner intentions, emotions, and motivations. The paintings have an emotional dialogue with the painted subject and viewer stripped of the conscious and unconscious facades." To read an interview with Chad, click here |

Rachel Simmons grew up in in the Tampa Bay Area. She attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida completing an Honors degree in studio art in 1997 and then completed her MFA under the guidance of painters Michael Crespo and Edward Pramuk at Louisiana State University. In 2000, Rachel returned to her alma mater Rollins College as an assistant professor. In the last few years, Rachel’s work has been exhibited in Florida at the Orlando Museum of Art, the Cornell Fine Arts Museum in Winter Park, and the Arts Center in St. Petersburg, in New York at the Ceres Gallery as well as abroad in Piacenza, Italy at the Pulcheria Arte exhibition of international women artists and at the 2005 Florence Biennale.
